How do I place an order?

  • Confirm that you have read and understood our terms of services.
  • Review entered information and hit send.
  • Once a pop-up appears, fill in your email address and credit card information.
  • A confirmation email will be sent out shortly stating the status of your order.

How long does it take for the order to be processed?

Typically it takes five minutes for the mobile wallet / credit to be recharged. What can I do if I accidentally order against an incorrect mobile number?

When you have entered an incorrect number, we unfortunately cannot reverse the recharge when the number has been successfully recharged. With that in mind, please make sure to always check the phone number before you continue to pay and complete the order process. When you find out you've entered the wrong number, it's always possible to contact us, but keep in mind that in most cases we cannot cancel your order anymore. In the end you are responsible for the number you enter.

I haven’t received an order confirmation, did my order get through?

Provided that you’ve entered a correct email address, you should always receive an order confirmation after a successful payment. There is a possibility that the order cannot immediately be processed. This could happen, for example, if you fill in a wrong/invalid phone number, when there is a malfunction at the carrier or when the payment has not succeeded. Make sure to always check the spam folder of your email account. To prevent the order confirmation from ending up in the spam folder, please add loadkarao@gmail.com to your safe senders list.

What should I do if a promotional bonus from a provider has not come through?

It’s best to contact your carrier. They are responsible for passing on promotional discounts to customers.

Can I refund my order?

When a direct recharge did not succeed straight away and you don't want to wait any longer, you can request a refund. You can do this by writing to us. Upon reviewing your request, LoadKarao.com may refund your order minus any service charges. However, when a direct recharge has already succeeded, it unfortunately is not possible to cancel the order and request a refund.

Do I pay any hidden fee?

Nope, what you see is what you pay. Our service fees are already incorporated in the product pricing.
